The You vs. You 28-Day Challenge Phase 3 is the next level in the Curves and Gains You vs. You challenge series. This time around we will have a combined focus of cardio and strength & conditioning. Phase 3 provides you with a different HIIT workout, 3-days per week, that will increase in difficulty throughout the challenge’s 28-days. Each week will have a different format equally, some days will focus on a different muscle group others will be total body. The workouts constantly vary to challenge shock the body with each session. Each workout is 45-50-minutes in length, and intended to “hit it hard and hit it fast!” The equipment needed includes: The Body Bully Long Resistant Bands, The Body Bully Leg Band, Heavy Dumbbells (5-10lbs), and Light Dumbbells (2-5lbs). So, grab your water and get ready to sweat!

Weekly Workout Schedule:

Each day is a different workout, but the format is similar each week. You will have 3 days of High Intensity Interval Training comprised of cardio and strength and conditioning exercises designed to target the entire body. Also, a minimum of 2 days of fasted cardio if weight loss is your goal.

· Day 1 – Video 1
· Day 2 – Fasted Cardio
· Day 3 – Video 2
· Day 4 – Fasted Cardio
· Day 5 – Video 3
· Day 6 – Cardio Bonus Video or Cardio on your own
· Day 7 – Rest Day 🙂
